Privacy Policy

Free rooms: just the display name and votes you enter for that session — no account, no email. Pro accounts: your name, email, organization details, and any avatar or branding assets you upload. We also log basic usage (pages viewed, rooms created) to improve the product.

To run rooms in real time, sync votes across participants, remember your Pro organization and settings, send account emails (confirmation, password reset, invites), and understand product usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your data. We do not read the content of your stories or estimates for anything other than displaying them in your room. Free-room session data is discarded shortly after the room goes idle.

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it. We disclose data if legally required to.

We use local storage to remember your theme, your last room, and login session — no third-party ad trackers.

Pro account data persists while your account is active plus a grace period after cancellation, then it is deleted. You can request deletion any time from Settings or by emailing abdullahn.work@gmail.com.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; we honor equivalent requests globally.

Passwords are hashed, passkeys are supported for passwordless login, and data in transit is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this seriously.
