Terms of Service

By creating a room, joining a session, or using SprintRoom or SprintRoom Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing for that organization too.

SprintRoom's core planning-poker room is free, requires no account, and is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue free features at any time, though we will try to give notice for anything that breaks existing rooms.

Pro adds persistent organizations, team accounts, custom decks, and analytics. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials (including passkeys) secure. Seats are billed per active member per the plan you select at checkout.

Do not use the Service to harass teammates, disrupt other rooms, attempt to access data that is not yours, or reverse-engineer the product. We can suspend rooms or accounts that violate this.

Story titles, votes, comments, and branding assets you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display them back to your room/organization so the product can work.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for estimates your team makes using it — planning poker informs decisions, it does not make them.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
